12-Year old Benyamin Ahmed raises $5 million through NFT collection

A large section of the worldwide design community was attracted by the fungible tokens (NFT) space, and even 12-year-old youngsters are joining the frenzy. Benyamin Ahmed, a 12-year-old coder, joined Boring Banas Co.’s development team to build an NFT collection called Non-fungible Heroes (NFH).

This whole collection of 8,888 comic books sold out in just 12 minutes, according to the data in Dune Analytics, for the record amounting to $5 million. The NFT collection featured Heroes, villains, and gods with their own stories.

Artists have created these characters from Disney, Marvel, and Nickelodeon. They are now part of the team Non-fungible Heroes (NFH). After a successful test with NFTs through two earlier NFT projects, Ahmed’s partnership with Boring Banas comes. He earned $400,000 in just two months. The Weird Whales were also one of the projects.

He said that the weird whale community had taught him many things, and the NFT is the result of his experiences.

Benyamin Ahmed received a proportion of sales but did not disclose the amount for his contribution to the collection of NFT Non-Fungible Heroes (NFH). Ahmed worked as a developer in the team with an emphasis on technical assistance.

In addition, he has also worked on the web application and smart contracts development of the project under his father’s guidance. It wasn’t a “quick cash grab” for him, Ahmed claimed.

The overall objective of the NFH project is to become “the first NFT initiative to reach a theatre in your neighborhood.” The NFH team indicated that the bulk of its money would be for funding and expanding this objective.

Benyamin Ahmed feels the power of forming communities is the strength of the entire NFT. “Crypto is believed to be a coders and traders’ private club. However, people totally overlook this creative and extremely instructional side of communities,” he said.

Community-led social media giant TikTok also enters the field of NFT through his new TikTok Top Moments, a creator-led NFT collection.
