‘Boy or Girl?’ – SumoTex to Hold First Gender Reveal on Decentraland

SumoTex, the first-ever blockchain-powered Real Estate PE firm, is going to hold the very first gender reveal party on Decentraland. Slated to take place on February 20, 2022, the event will be hosted on SumoTex Land from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (GMT).

This gender reveal party will be for Andrey and Oxana’s baby–two of SumoTex’s lessees. In addition, the platform made the announcement via a tweet that got its followers excited:

This event follows the successful launch of Sumoverse, Sumotex’s latest investment in Decentraland. Moreover, this mega metaverse development project will feature a variety of sectors like entertainment, commercial, cultural, art, residential, etc. 

In detail, Sumoverse seeks to build a breathing and functional society inside the Metaverse. What is more, it plans to acquire 100 more land plots and aims to hold giveaways for NFT holders. Just this month, SumoTex also invested in two notable projects: Star Crazy Planet and Sandbox Land. 

SumoTex’s Star Crazy Planet investment involved the purchase of a water planet named Glowing Blue for $5,200. Meanwhile, in Sandbox, SumoTex rolled out a list of plans that include an auction house, decentralized casinos house, and a prediction house to focus on redefining traditional investing.

In other news, investors can now receive fractional ownership of the assets invested by SumoTex by minting SumoTex NFTs. As a result, the platform is deemed changing the way NFTs are presently valued, which is by supply and demand. 

However, with SumoTex, the value of all minted on-chain NFTs is determined by SumoTex’s portfolio which is composed of high-value real estate. Consequently, the higher the SumoTex portfolio, the more valuable SumoTex NFTs become. 

To add, SumoTex also envisions revamping the landscape of traditional fundraising through the introduction of disruptive investment strategies via AssetFi.
