The film focuses on the CIA agent Court Gentry, who is on the run from sadistic mercenary Lloyd Hanson upon discovering corrupt secrets about his superior.
Gray Man ‘Metaverse Mission’ Winners Receives Wearables
Last week, the Latin American division of Netflix, the Electric Factory and Decentraland teamed up to premier a ‘Metaverse Mission’ of the Gray Man. In the event, players were made to enter a maze to discover who the best agent is in the metaverse.
In detail, as given by Decentraland, the players were to “Find the fountain in the maze and retrieve the USB with classified information, then get to the secret room to check your personal time and collect your rewards.”
Coupled with that, the players were tested on their knowledge of the movie. Those who give perfect answers to the quiz and achieved this in good time were crowned the winner tagged ‘best agent in the metaverse’ and rewarded with different Gray Man wearables. The wearables included Sierra Six’s Jacket, Lloyd’s Trash Stache and Miranda’s Bob.
This is not Netflix’s first time in the Web3.0 ecosystem. As a probe into the Bitfinex 2016 hack which involved a couple, Netflix announced that it was releasing a documentary series. The couple was suspected to be part of the hack which led to the laundering of about $4.5 billion worth of Bitcoin (BTC).
