This page sets out the limits of what TheCoinrise publishes, and what you should not rely on it for. It is short on purpose. A disclaimer nobody reads protects nobody.
The four things that matter
Everything published here is general information about a market. It takes no account of your circumstances, your objectives, your tax position or your capacity to bear a loss, and it is not a personal recommendation. If you need advice, take it from someone regulated to give it in your own jurisdiction.
We do not publish price targets or forecasts. Where an article reports someone else’s forecast, we are reporting that a named person or institution said it – not endorsing it.
What TheCoinrise is
What it is not
We work from primary documents where they exist and we name the outlet when we are relying on someone else’s reporting. Even so, crypto markets move quickly and early reports are sometimes wrong. Information here is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication, and we do not undertake to update every article as a situation develops.
If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it. How corrections work is set out in the Editorial Policy: substantive fixes are made in the article and marked there, and stories that should not have run are marked as retracted rather than quietly deleted.
Articles marked as sponsored, as press releases or as presale placements are advertising. They are written by, or for, the companies they discuss. We do not fact-check them as journalism, we do not endorse their claims, and every outbound link inside them carries rel="sponsored nofollow".
Reporting republished from our newsroom partner carries a credit and a canonical link back to the outlet that first published it. Responsibility for that reporting sits with them.
We link out where a link is useful – to a filing, a protocol release, an exchange disclosure or another outlet’s story. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Digital assets are volatile and largely unregulated. You can lose everything you put in. Tokens can be delisted, protocols can be exploited, exchanges and custodians can fail, and presale projects can disappear without shipping anything. Nothing on this site reduces those risks, and no article here should be read as a reason to take one.
To the extent permitted by law, TheCoinrise accepts no liability for any loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of anything published here, including losses arising from errors, omissions or delays in the information itself.
We are not able to help recover funds lost to a scam, and anyone contacting you claiming they can – especially anyone using our name – is running a second fraud on top of the first. If you have lost money, report it to the police or financial regulator in your country and to the exchange involved, and do not pay anyone who promises recovery.
