Crypto.com Tops 100M Users, Thanks to Formula 1 Collaboration

Popular cryptocurrency exchange, Crypto.com has achieved a major milestone by reaching over 100 million users worldwide. This milestone follows the partnership deal with Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix in May 2022.

Impactful marketing campaigns like “Fortune Favors the Brave” and the movie film “INEVITABLE” played a crucial role in boosting the company’s visibility.

Furthermore, partnerships with renowned sports leagues like the NBA and NHL have greatly enhanced the company’s brand awareness. Recently, the digital asset exchange announced its aim to sponsor more sports deals.

Crypto.com grows on a global scale 

The blockchain company has been making significant strides in expanding its global presence. Actively reaching out to new markets and regions, allowing more people around the world to access its platform and services.

Last year, it was revealed that Crypto.com was granted a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) initial authorization by the Virtual Regulatory Authority (VARA) of Dubai. In the same year, the firm secured authorization as a crypto-related service provider in the Netherlands.

This year, the leading trading firm launched a retail trading service in South Korea to replace its local exchange, OK-BIT.

The firm has set its sights on exploring new products for the Australian market. Karl Mohan, Crypto.com’s APAC Head stated that the Australian market has played a crucial role in the company’s success.

The firm offers custom products to the growing investor base and aims to onboard the next 100 million users by providing a secure and compliant platform, both in Australia and globally

Making digital assets widely accepted 

Crypto.com has teamed up with Adelaide Oval and DataMesh to bridge the gap between crypto payments and everyday life. To bring convenience to sports fans and concert-goers making cryptocurrency payments enjoyable, seamless and to serve as a secure way to use digital currencies is the goal.

Community focused promotions and cashback offers are designed tol entice more people to use this payment method at big events, making fans even more engaged.

In 2020, the NFT pieces released by Visa Inc, a payment service provider and official payment technology partner of FIFA were made available on Crypto.com platform. In addition, PayPal and Paxos partnered with Crypto.com, making it the preferred platform for PayPal USD.

The company also partnered with Circle, a finance technology organization to initiate USD deposits and withdrawal facilities on a global level in 2021.
