Institutional assets trading company Talos in a press release issued by the firm on Monday has announced three new key additions to its workforce as it plans expansion. According to the announcement, the firm has made new changes in positions including head of sales, client success director, and business development director.

Interestingly, the firm is known for providing the building blocks for true institutional digital asset trading and with this hire, the platform intends to expand globally.

The appointments will bring in Hillary Conley as the Director of Business Development, Matt Houston as the Head of Client Success, and Frank Van Zegveld as Director of Sales in Europe. Together the three new strategic hires will help grow the team in all areas not exempting building long-lasting relationships with customers and clients.

As reported, Zegveld with over 20 years of experience in investment and technology will join Talos in October. He will oversee affairs of building and growing the company presence and customer base in EMEA.

He will be based in Amsterdam and will also drive the growth of the company in terms of revenue. Likewise, Hillary will be based in the firm’s New York office while Matt will be based in London.

Meanwhile, in May, the leading institutional technology provider completed a $105M series B funding round with several industry heavyweights in attendance as it continues its quest for expansion.

The $105M earned the PayPal-backed firm reach unicorn status after it reached a $1.25 billion valuation. The added funds were dedicated to expanding the firm’s base as it planned to enter Europe and the Asian-Pacific region.
